Meatstock Barbecue Festival 

The Rod + Custom Rumble is for any unique or custom car, truck, big rig or bike with a preference for Australian or American-built motors.

The festival runs over three days. The event will be hosted at the Meatstock Barbecue Festival held at the Sydney Showground on the 9-11 May 2025.

Around 25,000 people attend the festival over two days to celebrate American Barbecue culture.

Two VIP tickets to the event (per car/truck) will be offered complimentary to the festival valued at over $400, plus there are some great trophies and prizes to be won. 

There is an option to attend the show for one day, but judging will take place on Saturday and the presentations will be on Sunday.

Cars will be secured overnight in a locked showground hall and security will be present.

There is limited space so registration is essential.

8.30am – 9.00pm: Bump-IN
5.30pm – 6.00pm: Bump-OUT (optional)

Monday 12th May 2025
9.00am – 10.00pm: Bump-OUT

All Cars and Bikes will be left overnight inside a locked showground pavilion. Cars will not be on display on Friday night, and the pavilion will be closed, but you are free to enjoy the festival.

Cars and trucks will only be allowed to move during the times above under the directions of the Meatstock Crew.

Each vehicle will be given two FREE 3-day passes to Meatstock. Please note that you will only receive your wristbands when you are parking your car, bike or truck at the event.
Please have a safety vest with you. No children on site. 

Judging will take place on Saturday.
Awards will be on stage at 4.30pm on Sunday.
