While the driver of each car receives free entry, any passengers travelling in the vehicle will require a ticket to enter and these MUST be purchased online prior to arriving at the gate. There will be NO ticket sales available at the show car entry gate.

Wings Over Shellharbour is held in the Illawarra on the NSW south coast, just over an hour south of Sydney. Situated in a picturesque location with an amazing backdrop of the Illawarra escarpment, it is Australia’s favourite regional airshow and the only major airshow experience within easy reach of Sydney.

Experience the thrill of the flying displays, get up close and personal with historic, military, modern and aerobatic aircraft on the ground and have a great family day out with plenty of amusement rides, market stalls and dining options.

Show Car Information
Please make sure to arrive at the airport between 7:30 am and 8:30 am, the gate will be locked and no access available after 8:30 am. All vehicles must be parked prior to 8:30 am.
Please note: Gates will remain locked until the end of the flying display and vehicle owners must not move their vehicles until instructed to do so. For those with vehicles that require an earlier exit due to lighting issues and/or distance to travel, exit will be permitted after 2:30pm, however under no circumstances can vehicles be moved without being escorted by event staff while event attendees are moving around the site.

On arrival head to the main airport entrance on Airport Road from the Princes Highway.
On reaching the first traffic control point at the roundabout, inform the staff member that your vehicle is entered into the Show Car section of the show, and you will be directed south along Hargreaves Avenue with all other event traffic, make sure to keep left where the road becomes split by traffic cones (Show Car / Local Business lane).
At the end of the road, you will enter the airfield through Gate G13 and be directed to the show car parking area.

If club members wish to park vehicles together, they must arrive together, so please consider meeting somewhere enroute and arriving in convoy.
